whats your oppinion on using the arm bike/arm cycle for fitness

    do you think it will increase fitness and endurance, is there better options for improving fitness, i was thinking of doing 3*2 minuite rounds with 1 min rest increasing rounds as i gett fitter, whats you thoughts

    i use it quite a lot as an upper body warm up. but its not very intense so i often mix it up with the treadmill/rower/cross trainer/skipping for a more effective warm up
