If others want to put Dereck in the top 10 off the strength of the Joyce win that is fine, but these Chisora fights feel a bit too much like organized affairs. Basically, keeping the bandwagon rolling as he does his retirement tour; squeezing every last pound note out of his British fans that they can. To be honest, I should have put Bakole in at number 10, as I didn't give him much of a chance against Parker once his flight plans and weight were revealed. Fair dos to Parker, he did what needed to be done, but it is a bit harsh for me to drop Bakole completely out of the rankings.
I definitely think he was often more competitive in individual rounds much of the time, though think Joshua was competitive in the return with Usyk, but I don't know why you are trying to use that as some of leverage? You could argue Joshua did better against Wallin. Well judging from what you have written above about Fury being competitive against Usyk, then it isn't, as Joshua was competitive in the rematch. You have to apply the same logic I notice how you avoided much of what was written previously. Of course it is because you didn't have the time. As an impartial I think you could debate either being in or out of the top 5, but as said previously that if you face more top rated competitors, you have a greater chance of losing
A lot of you guys are putting Wardley way high up your list. I don’t think that’s warranted based on a highlight reel KO over Clarke.
How does someone quoting something factual make them a fan? I thought it was you saying something along the lines of people ranking with their feelings. Yet impartiality is what you seem to be trying to argue against I'm a fan of the sport more than the fighters
Well... Chisora, Joshua, Wardley all of them all of a sudden clearly above Bakole... I wonder wether anyone would bet on them if they were to have a fight against a fully prepared x-week-camp Bakole. I think Bakole destroys all of them. Takes their Power and gets them with his incredibly strong, sharp and variable arm-punches. None of them is much stronger than Jared Anderson and then you could put him back in your top 10s again, too. Why isn't he? Ah because Bakole steamrolled him and would do it again. One freak-shot of Parker that wasn't even meant to land on the same side of the head it did when Bakole came off the plane with one day notice and when Dubois pulled out with a lot of reasons to do so (protect his fake title from Parker in order to get a shot at usyk who wants to be undisputed again) does not change that. And btw this shot would also have destroyed joshua wardley and probably chisora... So don't change all your top-10s that much. I think thats bs
In my humble opinion............... 1. Usyk (the elite of the elite, the actual undisputed champion) 2. Fury (might be finished at the top but he probably beats the majority of the top 10, best "recent" wins don't shine as bright anymore) 3. Parker (Still the Cinderella Man, but for how long) 4. Daniel Dubois (very close to the top) 5. Kabayel (The darkhorse of the division) 6. Hrgovic (precarious) 7. Zhang (even more precarious) 8. Bakole (bad loss but extenuating circumstances) 9. Joshua (approaching his twilight) 10. Chisora (still amazingly) It's really crazy how much my top 10 has changed just since the last time. They're playing musical chairs
Usyk Dubois Parker Kabayel Fury (when he unretires) Joshua Hrgovic (one loss that doesn't look as bad as it did at the time) Chisora (active and winning) Zhang I guess Bakole, but could be any of 8 or so people. Wardly, Itauma, Huni, several others will be knocking on the door soon. Don't know where to rate Okolie, Gassiev, of Hunter.
If I'm not confusing you with someone else, you're a Calslappy and Joshua nuthugger who is known for rambling, incoherent posts that would take all day to sift through. I'm disappointed in myself for engaging you in the first place.
