You asked for a Top 5 in the thread subject, but then included a poll for the Top Dog.

Please fix after the drugs have worn off.

Wow 168 is so freaking poor. Conelo is just a fraud so no one cares. BJS is **** at 168 and Plant isn't slick and has feathee dusters for hands. Why is Smith in this list?

Edit: + Jacobs lmao, you know what let's put Rosado in here haha

Benavidez is good though, good to watch as well

I voted for Benavidez because I'd pick him h2h versus Canelo or anybody else in the division (resume isn't that relevant here because nobody has that at 168)... He's huge at the weight with uncommon power & he'll take two punches to get one of his off because he knows one of his is worth three of theirs.

Danm, I don't see what the big deal is. It's the same division, I didn't think it was completely left field to ask.

I like polls, but didn't wanna write out a bunch of different combos of 5 fighters.

Canelo current top dog but I think if you put him in with benavidez that's who my money would be on...

Billy Joe....think his ships sailed....spent too long treading water...few years ago I'd pick him over Alvarez...not now

    Plant..not seen enough of him

    1) plant
    2) canelo
    3) benevidez

I dont even rank the other guys. Benevidez has to be below plant and canelo. Misses weight got drug issues. Guy lacks discipline.

Remember the days when we didn’t have to speculate so much, often for years about who is the best at a division? Back when the top guys actually fought each other. Canelo is holding the cards at this weight or any weight he fights at. He likes to pick on the weakest champs, older faded guys and easy opponents these days. I hope he gives Benivitez a shot but suspect he’s rather fight BJS and Plant for easy money.

I also hope he gives Benevidez a shot, after he goes undisputed.

I feel like BJS is probably his hardest fight after DB. BJS is a good southpaw boxer with fair footwork, he's gotta use his jab, stay off the ropes, and avoid letting Canelo getting in close on him, no way he knocks Canelo out, but he could possibly out point him if he brings it 110%... If he comes prepared it should be a great fight I think!
