No. Floyd accomplished enough early in his career against real opposition and taking risks for GGG to ever catch up unless he beats up Canelo and then fights winner of Ward/Kovalev. If he beats up Canelo and then beats the winner of Ward Kovalev...then he would surpass Floyd, imo.

 

We can't compare the Mayweather era to the current one and we should stop. No one can fight all the top guys like Floyd because there are no more top guys period. The ODLH,HATTON,MARQUEZ,PACQUIAO,COTTO,MOSLEY,MAYWEATHER train is headed to the nursing home. It was a great run but it's over.

Actually Cotto had been kod twice by the time he fought floyd and was not at his peak come on man you cant be serious. That being said i give Floyd credit for the Cotto win as its a good win but not great.
