Rahman took the fight with Wlad on two weeks notice and was only there for a pay check.

    Why?

Chris Byrd is a two-time HW titlist (with a few defenses).

Hasim Rahman is a two-time HW titlist.

David Haye unified the CW division then won a belt at HW and made a couple defenses.

Alex Povetkin beat a few top 10 HWs and was an interim champion. Only loss is to Wlad. He's the best fighter on this list and has probably the worst chances on getting into the Hall.

If I had to bet it would be Haye and Byrd.

Byrd and Rahman are neck and neck for me.

You don't think any of those 4 get in?

Rid**** Bowe only got into the hall of fame last year and he was undisputed champion with great wins over prime Holyfield.

Of the last 30 years only greats and undisputed HW champ - Tyson , Holmes, Foreman and Lewis entered.

Mercer , Morrison , Moorer , Bruno , MaCall , Berbick etc etc are not hall of fame bound despite having a far greater claim than the nobodies you mentioned.

Rahman isn't a famer just like Buster Douglas isn't.

Haye was a nothing at Cruiser ans at HW.

He was beaten by past prime Thompson. Then gave up the belts he won against a past it Mormeck after he beat Enzo Mac.

Johnny Nelson is a far greater Cruiser than Haye.

Byrd never beat anybody worth a dam and deserved to lose more fights than he won. H was a product of Don King taking advantage of an absolutely dreadful period of HW boxing.

Wlad then beat the washed up Byrd to start his title run.

The whole era was a joke. He towered over the lot of it and still had to cheat and foul to win - still managed to get blown away twice and had the fortune to split it in half with a tag team partner :tired:dead:oops:

LOL winning a title means you are famous for it. everyones going in the hall of fame then. maybe K bros get in too then.

possibly for beating an ATG, yep, he might. more than both K bros did combined.

no, that's not even close enough. two divisions, almost every champ gets something in 2 divisions these days.

no way he gets in, he has to do something. you don't get in for being a loser.

Rahman is really the only possibility, by lucky punch, therefore a backdoor HoFer. but certainly a claim to fame, wiping out an ATG.
Buut once again let me underline that K bro deliberately waited and fought him ONLY once he'd become an oldtimer shot2shyte, so it doesn't qualify as beating someone close to hof.

yuh why u returded for to keep claiming beating shot rahman is worth something. its like claiming Kevin McBride is HoF worthy and undisputed WC for beating shot Tyson....

and yuh why you one minute claiming rahman is worth HoF and next minute NOT claiming it.

You not only make no sense, but you then go on to directly contradict your own posts.

I might ask myself why you aren't on ignore yet too, if you are hellbent on destroying your own posts, you don't need me to do it too.

Wlad is more cautious than Lewis was so Wlad often lets guys hang around too long. Lennox often looked more destructive in bombing out guys like Ruddock, Morrison, Rahman rematch, Botha and Golota. Wlad should have knocked out Haye and Ibragimov to be honest, so it's more a question of style in the ring. To me, Lewis looked more comfortable in a war in the ring, but Wlad's a premier heavyweight champ no doubt. Wlad has size, power, athletic ability, mental strength and the motivation to stay at the top. If WK knocks out Fury in impressive fashion, it's a good win at 39. Wladimir could do himself the power of good with a brutal KO win.

    He already is, since years.

Lennox has only one decent victory, against 6'2 Evander Holyfield who he still waited years to get old and be worn out by the countless wars.

All the other victories are against bums or washed up opponents. Tyson was a zombie when he fought Lennox.

so prime corrie was below the level of these bums/washed ups, which means the level BELOW lewis opposition, and not prime but picked years later retired and fat, was easily enough to destroy wlad in seconds.

    kliturdo post self-annihilates once again.
