Bowe IS from Lennox' era you drooling idiot - and yes, they DID fight. Bowe, Ruddock and Evander - all from Lennox' era - would have beaten the dog **** out of Mr Chinless.

That was just bad timing. Holyfield's HW prime was probably 1990-93, but he did a good job of adapting, getting a little bigger and stronger, being less brawl happy, when he won the title against Tyson in 1996. The time periods didn't lap for a unification bout, they had only been champs at the same time for about 5 months as Holyfield regained his title in November 1993 and lost his first defense in April 1994 against Michael Moorer. Lewis then lost to Oliver McCall a few months later.

Holyfield looked like his career was over a couple times when he had his heart problems or HGH-itis or shoulder injury or whatever when he lost to Moorer, and then also to Bowe in November 1995. Lewis didn't regain a title belt until 1997, and then they eventually unified in 1999.

The fight did get delayed about a year because of Holyfield wanting more money, which is why the unification bout happened in 1999 instead of 1998, with Holyfield fighting Vaughn Bean and Lewis fighting Mohawk and Shannon Briggs.

Lennox never fought Bowe in the pros, so that's my point. And when Lennox's real rule started he was washed up, punch drunk and more or less out of boxing..... Ruddock would not beat Wlad, and I favor Wlad against the version of Holyfield that Lewis fought. Work on your reading comprehension you low IQ mongoloid.

Lewis, Bowe, Holyfield, Tyson and Ruddock would beat Wlad, I'd also reckon someone with a great jab like Bruno could do the job as well, Wlad just doesn't have the chin or stamina to compete with that lot of heavyweights. A different calibre from the fat, out of shape cans he mostly fights.

Sanders would also beat him in a rematch as well, he knew this and that's why he ducked him.

Put it this way, credit to Wlad for his longevity but he's been part-gifted it by being in such a **** poor era. For 10 years the Heavyweight division has been the laughing stock of the fighting world.

Don't agree with him, he's only trying to defend Wlad because he's a Fury fan and doesn't want it to seem as bad when Fury gets sparked.

Fury is a Glass Jaw joke, and if Wlad doesn't deal with this clown easily he should retire.

I never said anything about Wlad beating Lennox, go back and read my previous posts. I favor Wlad against comeback Tyson, although Mike has a good punchers chance... Ruddock was extremely overrated, and would only have a punchers chance against a seasoned Wlad. Bowes reign was over, and he was out of the sport more or less when Lennox's real reign started, so irrelevant how Wlad does against a prime Bowe considering 1) he never fought Lennox in the pros, and 2) he was way past it when Lennox's reign started(talking about after he avenged his loss to McCall) Also likewise with Holyfield, Lennox fought him while he was past his best.

Wlad certainly beats the Tyson that Lennox fought though, that's all that's relevant when comparing the two. Since Lennox never fought a good version of Tyson.

So in short I favor, or at least think Wlad has a very good chance against anyone Lennox fought and beat in his career.

And again when you say Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe etc. would beat Wlad remember that Lewis didn't fight the best versions of those guys, and he never fought Bowe(who was out of the game more or less when Lennox beat McCall)

I'm a far bigger fan of Wlad than I am Fury. Move along... You've been owned.

Lewis would stand a chance atleast. Bowe... wladimir is like Golota 10.0 for him. Tyson in prima yen he would also stand a chance. 2002-version... .... Holyfield 1999 not so sure about that.

Who doesn't have a chin? Wlad, Fury, and Lennox don't have great chins, none of them. Lennox was the only to be one punch KO'd though... Wlad, and Fury have never been counted out though. :yep

Although that's going to change when Wlad detonates a bomb on Fury's chin come October. Then he'll become the only one of the 3 to never have been knocked out. :good

Can't really compare the two. Wlads reign is so much longer and he has defeated so many more undefeated and bigger heavyweights that he is clearly way ahead of Lewis.
He could get KO1 by Fury and retire and he's still way ahead of Lewis.

What hurts Lewis and his legacy the most is his glass Canadian chin. Coupled by the fact he blatantly ducked and retired before facing vlad again.

Not to mention he has not fought a prime holyfiled or Tyson.
Those are some big black spots....

Tyson's a bum, the only reason Wlad is fighting him is because he is one of the top contenders.
