when and why did the Ring magizine reconize the WBO as ligit world tittle?

    So when did the Ring decide to conseder the WBO as a world tittle on the same level as the IBF, WBA and WBC?

    It's not so much raising the WBO, but a lowering of the other three.
    The alpha-belts don't mean much anymore.

    When DLH "won" the middleweight version over Sturm and used it as leverage on the bargaining table for his fight against Hopkins.

    All of a sudden, "Undisputed" (as the fight was titled) now meant having to unify all 4 belts.

    Which of course, is still a joke in my eyes.
