When Biased Commentary Goes Wrong. Is AB vs Maidana the worst commentary of all time

I knew the commentary was **** when they made it seem like Leo Santa Cruz was completely dominating. I don't think they mentioned one single punch landed by Seda. Then I knew it was pathetic when, as Keith Thurman was getting owned and completely rocked by a left hook by Karass, AL Biasstien tried to claim Thurman landed a major uppercut. Unfortunately for his biased commentary his major wobble and the next uppercut that chicken danced him destroyed all his credibility. When the replay was shown between rounds there was no more mention of that devastating "uppercut". Finally when I realized I never wanted to listen to the boring Al Berstein again was like in round 7 of the Broner Maidana fight where somehow they managed to have it like 58-56 Broner. Truthfully this Showtime commentary was some of the most biased I have ever heard. At least Jim Lampley injects passion into the fights, Biasstein contributed abosutely nothing tonight.

I think it was Brian Kenny who gave the commentators a lecture. The fight was not even close and Broner's referee tried to protect him, if not for the long count in round two Broner would have been out............

Teddy Atlas has the integrity to not ever let bias cloud his judgement. Teddy tells it like it is and isnt an arse kisser so thats why Teddy never gets a premium network job. Teddy has too high of moral character to be giving out propaganda for the house fighter.

The fight was not even close and there was no elbow to the chin. Maidana pushed his head up because Broner was holding on to him so tight that it was almost impossible to get lose. The ref Cole appears to be an idiot or possibly a crook? He tried to protect Broner the entire fight! When Maidana knocked Broner down in the 2nd round Cole gave a long count. At the end of the 11th round Broner hit Maidana clearly after the bell, yet Cole did not take a point away from Broner. Cole did warn Broner for pushing and forearming, yet no point was taken away. And the Showtime commentators had the fight even after 5 rounds?! I had Maidana winning every round. Watch the fight and judge for yourself. I think it was Brian Kenny who asked the commentators what fight were they watching? Again, that fight was not even close and it so appears that Cole saved Broner from getting knocked out!!! At least the real judges had the fight scored more accurately. I though for sure the crooks were going to give Broner the decision and Lawrence Cole is a disgrace!

Teddy out right made a guarantee that one fighter was goin to beat the other, and was completely biased for the guy he was pulling for, until he was ktfo by the underdog. And even after gettin koed teddy was talking shyt about the guy:lol:

It may have been the Campillo - Fonfara fight, my memory fails me

They did have the fight close at times through the duration of the fight for some reason.

Broner had no more than about 2-3 clear rounds.

No commentary can be the worst unless it includes Lennox or Roy Jones.

The ring, the ref, the judges, the commentators I'm sure were all told to pull for Broner. He was there chance at turning a guy into a STAR. They wanted to get at least one good PPV out of him, now that's just not going to happen... I felt the ref was very biased towards Broner. They gave him every chance, he couldnt win.

The commentators forgot that the fans have eyes and can see the fight!
