When can DeGale dump Hennesey?

    His ought to speak to Frank as they could both do with each other right now. The SMW division is hot, especially in Britain, but DeGale is just fading into obscurity, I like how he got out of the public eye straight after the Groves loss, but he's not been active enough for me, he's got a lot of natural talent, he needs a trainer who can chip away the rough edges and a promoter who can get him active.

    Surely he must hate every second seeing Groves getting all this spotlight. Any one know the details of the Hennesey deal? How many fights is he signed for? As long as his career hangs on the activity and exposure of Tyson Fury he will go nowhere.

    Frank or GBP UK would be better than where he is.

    He needs to do something, like you said he's fading into security.

    Under Booth, Groves career has been handled far better.

    Considering Degale turned pro as the golden boy after the Olympics, really he should be far bigger name than he is. I'd say Groves is probably more well known & he didn't have the back drop of the Olympic's when he turned over as a pro.

    Can't see him "Talking to Frank" to be honest. If Channel 5 do stay in boxing I suspect it will be the DeGale/Fury show going forward.

    I think you are spot on Degale has bags of talent and has the ability to challenge in the SMW division if ****** signed him up and really got behind him he could head up some big shows. Degale is ranked highly in the WBO and WBC both titles he is more than capable of capturing.

    I still like him and I think he beats Groves.

    Needs to be active though, too many of our prospects aren't fighting regularly.

    Frank has a good few who don't fight and Quigg and Buckland haven't fought since November now.

    Golden boy UK would be perfect for him I'd say, Matchroom too though not sure if Hearn would sign him

    He won't go back to Frank and I doubt Frank would want him, Degale commands a high purse and is not a big ticket seller.

    Still think DeGale beat Groves by a couple of rounds and had an off night, but thats boxing. He should go to America for a while, fight on a few cards there... spend time at the Mayweathers Gym and get better training.. To be fair to him, he looks quality and hes got nothing more than a fitness instructor working his corner
