    He was trying to build hype for the Wlad fight. Trying to make the news.

    Maybe the fight wasnt big enough , it didnt have mainstream attention so he pulled out thinking this can happen in a year or 2 and make me 20 million. He was a newcomer in the division and not a big name at all.
