When did Ali's "Parks" issue truly come into view? Yes, '84 is noted, BUT!?

Has anyone noticed a currently active fighter or recently retired one showing any signs of parkinsons or associated illnesses?

I believe Dr. Ferdie was released after Norton at Yankee stadium '76.... Ferdie told Ali he was pissing blood cuz his kidneys were bruised and cannot keep taking the pounding they had taken in recent years by "Frazier & Foreman." I think the crooks from the N.O.I. and Herbert Muhammad gave Ferdie his walking papers...

Not to mention the damage in training sessions. Ali absorbed most of his punishment there.

Dundee prolly told Ali to get Pacheco back, cuz Herbie Muhammad wanted him gone after the encounter with Norton in '76.... I never trusted them crooks from the NOI....
