Just looking at your profile, you joined in 2020. It's totally unsurprising you aren't aware of what was happening on boxing forums like this - you weren't here. You're taking issue with the wording of "The Fight of the Century" when the mood of boxing at the time was that this would be the biggest HW fight in decades, and financially ever. You can name the fight whatever you'd wish if it makes you feel better, it doesn't matter. I'm not interested in arguing semantics with someone who wasn't even following boxing at the time. By all means continue complaining about the decay of the forum as you continue your trollish fanboy schtick.
Lol Wait wait wait, this is too good. Your first post in reply to me opens with an attack. You specifically take issue that I didn't support my points with detailed explanations and sources. You include a source that doesn't support your points. I gently point this out. And you have a melt down. Now you don't seem to understand the concept of a lurker on a forum... See you around Slyk, whilst this is all very amusing, I have stuff to do
Pretending to be obtuse isn't very clever, is it? Your entire point is to try to diminish the magnitude of the Joshua-Wilder fight because you don't want that to have been the 50-50 potential mega fight of 2016-2019, but it was. Taking issue with the description of said mega fight is lame and trollish. Are you the same poster who said he had experience in "many different codes of fighting" or something? Good luck out there karate kid, have fun lurking.
