When did Lemieux become a world beater, I must have been asleep

Serious question here, Lemieux is at best lower half of the top 10 if he's lucky.

Rubio would probably spank him again. Lemieux's power is even slightly overated but its also his only real gift that puts him in the argument for a top 10 spot.

I see many people thinking he can take Canelo and CEJ out or at least go to war with them.

Lemieux doesn't bring anything to the table IMO that would trouble these guys, he'd match up better with chinnier guys like Quillin, Jacobs and Lee who he might strike gold against. BJS would make him miss all night long and probably ko him at some point.

I personally think Khytrov and Khurtsidze are massively tough fights for Lemieux as well, he might have faster hands then them but they both seem to have determination and Iron chins which make me think they get to him at some stage.

Taureano Johnson might be a good fight for him or even Curtis Stevens, these would be 50/50's in my eyes. I'd like to see those fights.

Can anyone give me some insight in to what I am missing?

When did Eubank Jr. develop this mythical skillset, I must have been asleep.

Same thing would happen to Tureano against Lemieux as happened to him against Stevens, he got stopped.

And for the record I fully believe Khytrov would beat the **** out of CEJ and Khurtsidze might give him a run for his money, as far as Khurtsidze against Lemieux goes, David beats him with relative ease and by KO, Avtandil the little badass that he is, couldn't drop N'Dam one time and lost to Hassan although it was close, Lemieux on the other hand dropped Hassan 4 probably should have been 5 times and beat the **** out of him.

Lemieux would brutalize Eubank, nothing Eubank has shown me tells me he has the power to hurt Lemieux, therefore he won't be able to keep Lemieux from beating his skull in.

And for the record, Rubio didn't spank anybody, you clearly haven't seen the match, Lemieux bashed Rubio's skull in from pillar to post for 5 1/2 rounds, unfortunately he gassed and was hit by a rabbit punch behind his ear and the corner threw in the towel.

Did you watch the Rubio fight? If not, just do so and revise your view.
He actually would be a bad matchup for BJ, if you saw how he handles constant pressure, but even if BJ can outbox Lemmy (a KO seriously?!) the names you call on that he probably beats because of their chin are all 3 solid top 10 contenders.
His place is low in the top5 if you ask me, and you can't give up and comers high spots yet.

Rubio looks to be doing some spanking here......

    [YT]?v=6d_D_DK3nfs[/YT]

Styles make fights Hassan N'Dam, is slick enough that slow short guys like Khurtsidze and Stevens had trouble landing. Their lack of speed both hand and foot and stature mean't they just couldn't catch up to him. I honestly feel that if you gave them another 12 rounds they would eventually get there, N'Dam isn't that special but he did brilliantly on the night both times.

Not to mention in between KD rounds many thought he was beating both Lemieux and Quillen as well.

Lemieux is not in the slightest evasive, he comes forward and bangs, I feel these short guys with pop would get opportunities that they didn't against N'dam.

Because you can remain blinded to reality that way. Sometimes young fighters make strategic blunders kind of like Eubank doing nothing for the first 5 rounds against Saunders. You live and learn james.:deal

Conveniently N'Dam did spectacularly against the two guys he lost too, is that right? Why don't try watching how brilliant he does against the guys he schools, but that would wreck your biased narrative wouldn't it?

N'Dam would box Eubank's ears off too. And no Eubank wouldn't be able to KO him.

CST you have convinced me to give him another chance and look past these early career jitters.

The GGG fight may just be an anomaly and tbf he did do better than most of GGG's recent opponents.

I was impressed with his win over Tapia, not because Tapia is anything special but it did show David has decent mental strength. Tapia is a decent puncher and GGG really did do some decent damage but Lemieux showed no signs that the fight effected his mind set.

He did come out and destroy Tapia to be fair, something he would be expected to do and he did do it.

N'dam would get hit so much Sr would have to throw in the towel to protect him.

Forget the KO loss to Rubio, Alcine exposed Lemieuxs real level.
