Here's 20 fighters greater than Lomachenko since 2000:

    Manny Pacquiao
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Chris John
    Roman Gonzalez
    Saul Alvarez
    Oleksandr Usyk
    Naoya Inoue
    Terence Crawford
    Juan Francisco Estrada
    Miguel Cotto
    Wladimir Klitschko
    Nonito Donaire
    Erik Morales
    Marco Antonio Barrera
    Pongsaklek Wonjongkam
    Joe Calzaghe
    Bernard Hopkins
    Kazuto Ioka

We can forget the Haney loss, Loma won that fight.

Lopez loss probably knocked him off from being regarded as the best of this era. Lopez was only 23 and 15-0 and would go onto lose his next fight. The optics of that don't look good and while Loma has rebuilt since then he needs to do a lot more to redeem himself from that performance.

It also doesn't help that Usyk and Crawford since that Lopez loss have had career defining wins and Inoue has also emerged in the conversation as one of the best of this era. Right now you could easily make a case for Loma not being top 3 P4P, maybe not even top 4 with Canelo.
