 You're a fool if you think HBO wouldn't steal back their contract with Pac after seeing just how popular Pac is now based on the numbers he did with Shane.... You realised the heads rolled after the president of HBO sports was unable to secure the Pac vs Shane fight, right?:-(.... HBO was pissed they lost all that paper. They know what time it is.

Love him or hate him, two things about Mayweather are indisputable: He knows how to fight and he knows how to promote a fight. Mayweather-Ortiz won't eclipse the 2.4 million pay-per-view buys Mayweather generated in his 2007 fight with Oscar De La Hoya, but it should surge past the 1.3 million buys Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley did in May.

won't be any until Showtime(CBS) releases their numbers in the year end earnings report to shareholders, even then they might be buried.

I'd expect to see the "official" Floyd vs Ortiz PPV numbers immediately following the "official" PPV numbers for PAC vs Shane. Shall we hold our breaths?

Legendary columnist Dan Rafael just stated in his weekly chat that his sources have told him that Pac-Marquez 3 could touch 1.3 million. Of course, could touch doesn't mean over, does it? But for the sake of argument, say it's 1.3.
Funny how the official #'s haven't been released, though.

Could the Mosley-manny PPVs also be much lower than the 1.4mil initially exaggerated, made up, and lied by manny pacquiao and bob arum?

Marquez-manny was supposedly 1.5mil according to manny pacquiao, bob arum, top rank, and the wildcard. Now it's being reported that it was only 1.3mil AT BEST.

Arum and Manny have never lied damn you Slickstar! Who you gonna believe someone with a reason to lie or someone with nothing to gain from lying? That's what I thought, you'd better believe Arum's word is gospel.
