I broke down Pac's PPV against Cotto like this. Now I'm not sure if the PPV has to do a certain amount of buys, AND THEN for every PPV buy over that threshold, the fighters split. . I don't know about this, though. . . Lets just say that figure is 300k buys.

950k buys X 65 = 62 million (rounded down). For Pac's share: 62 million X .65 = 40 million(.73 for Arum's 27%) = 29 million for Pacquiao (BEFORE TAXES, TRAINER'S FEE, CORNERMAN FEE, and what have you). . .
