When Floyd defeats Cotto, will the ring recognise him as P4P #1?

Pac never beat Mayweather to take his P4P spot, Mayweather moving up to 154 to legitimately defeat(hypothetically) the #1 rated JMW, or at least a top rated JMW at his weight class without any catch weights. If he were to put on an impressive performance should move him back to #1.

Manny right now won't fight at 140 and won't fight at 154, his close fight with Marquez after having him move up to WW doesn't help.

****ing idiot!!! If Floyd stops Cotto earlier than PAC I'd ban myself here forever. You can book this comment and send it to the mods. Floyd can't ****ing KO a ****ing lightweight in JMM how the **** can he KO Cotto? Two guys that KO'd Cotto were both pressure fighters (Marg & PAC in case you forgot) Floyd is far from being one. ******. :hi::hi::hi:

You can only lose the P4P title if you lose a fight- or retire.

It was never lost any other way before

Floyd aint got interest in getting it back directly thats for sure.
