Joe is a top coach, but Booth is MILES in from of him.

He hasn't had a fraction of the amount of fighters that Joe has had yet he has achieved more.

Joe had like a 50 fight run where he was undefeated, and not a SINGLE world champ in those 50 fights!

Groves would have had a title by now had he stuck with Booth as well.

 

After last nights showings I think Quigg is probably better than I thought he wasand Frampton probably isn't as good as I thought he was.

This said, Kiko has had a long and hard career which looks like its caught up with him to get blasted out in 2 rounds and I still think Frampton is a class above Quigg even if his ceiling isn't as high as I thought it was.

Unless Rigo is in decline then Carl won't beat him. I used to think he had a decent chance as a live underdog. LSC? Any of those three probably beat him fairly comprehensively

 

To be fair to JG, I think he get's the absolute most out of more limited fighter's in his stable who probably wouldn't achieve as much without him e.g. Paul Smith vs Abraham, Crolla etc.

I think those kind of fighters are great with the gameplans he set's out, however with someone with world-class ability I haven't seen him be able to do the same yet. That's not a slight on him, as like I say, he's taken certain fighters much further than they would probably get to otherwise without him.

When Brian Hughes trained Scott, Scott had excellent head and lateral movement.

Jolly Joe has eradicated those skills from Scott's repertoire, which may well come back to haunt Scott.
