When Hatton/Mayweather wins, what will the excuses be...

    For not giving them their due? The sad fact is that, while this would be a career win for either of them, many will find an excuse: Hatton was too small/hadn't looked good in recent fights; Floyd was drained from dropping down from 150 and was showing signs of slowing down; Floyd/Hatton aged overnight etc.

    What excuses can we expect from those who will have picked the loser to win?

    Nobody is worried about hattons roughhousing. He tried that against collazo and still got put out on his feet. He body slammed collazo twice in that fight. Go figure.

    If Mayweather loses it will probably be because he was "retired" and his head was no longer in the game.

    Hatton stops him..Ok...we will see. I been waiting for this for 2-3 years. Since Tsyu...The truth will set all boxing free. I have not doubt. Hatton will get blown out. He can clinch all he wants but when that elbow and forearm gets jammed in his neck he will think twice and then will get demolished.

    i can deal with the Hatton excuses...whatever....but if PBF loses there better damn well be NO EXUSES...he is clearly the better fighter.

    No way does an alcoholic paper mache faced fighter beat floyd. Hatton will be bloodier then he has ever been.

    This excuse will really happen. Hatton's corner will stop the fight..Hatton would be(happy on the inside) but looking outraged and calling shananigans after the fight. He will say he had floyd hurt..blah..blah..while bloody and bruised

    Excuses are for LOSERS and I'll accept NONE on the behalf of either fighter. They are both prime and undefeated and it's clearly the biggest fight of both men's career's.

    May the best man win and anyone throwing excuses be GAGGED.:good

    They both have plenty notice and both fancy their chances. Barring injury theer can be no excuses, the best fighter on the night will win.
