Lets see Haye have balls and fight a Klitschko then. If not he is coward. he already looks , talks and acts like a coward. If the shoe fits, wear it! :deal

 

I thought Haye was good for heavyweight boxing, and even think that he has a shot to beat Wlad, but now I'm really put off by his recent actions. There was no excuse for this fight not happening this year.:-( I doubt the fight will ever happen now because Wlad's team is not gonna offer anything different when it comes to money, and Haye probably won't budge either. Taking the Valuev route in defending his worthless title is BS and I can't respect him for that.

Only if he fights and defeats Wladimir or Vitali. Haye has yet to have a true "legacy win" on his resume.

 

IMO Haye could potentially have problems with any consistent HW who can hang around till the mid round, test his chin, stamina, its just that thus far, he has been fighting guys who are past their best, or in Valuev's case, just not very good.

Lets see what happens when his best punches miss, are taken, and the opponent is still asking questions of him in the middle portion of a fight.

Haye capitulated against Thompson in that type of fight, infact you could also suggest that is why he lost to Solis(amateurs), now whilst i can give him the benefit of the doubt and suggest that he come out on top in a balls to the wall fight against Fragomeni, Fragomeni is not a HW.

 

I still like Haye, on the balance. But there's alot to dislike about him. I don't know why it was necessary to verbally pursue the Klits--there were other ways to get your name out there.

It seems like the main thing people dislike about him is that he chased the Klits, avoided the fights, got the fight with Valuev and is now milking the paper belt. But jebus, how can you blame the man for getting a belt and holding onto a prominent position in life without even having to take a beating? Would it be better for boxing if Haye just took his beating? Maybe people are secretly hoping the Klits will just retire if Haye submits to the ass-whooping.

From a sporting perspective, Haye's heavyweight campaign has been pretty weak--sparse and vrs. limited opponents. But he could redeem himself in the eyes of boxing fans with just 2 big-time fights in 2011, and this scenario actually looks pretty likely.

What's to like about Haye? Well, his boxing style is very entertaining when he fights guys his own size. He's interesting and articulate as a personality. His ability to analyze boxing is good and he might have a future as a commentator outside the ring.

I don't want to see him in with the Klits yet but fights with Boystov/Adamek/Povetkin would be great.
