When Haye does a better job on Chisora than Vitali did is he the 2nd best hw then?

I think so. I've seen others try and hype up the Adamek vs Chambers fight and Povetkin vs Rahman fight as somehow having a great say in the standing of things in the division. I don't buy that at all. Adamek vs Chambers is really a bout between two glass jawed imps that shouldn't be in the division while Povetkin vs Rahman is just an awful fight.

Haye's the 3rd best HW anyway. Those fights mean nothing. Once Haye does a better job on Chisora than Vitali did that firmly puts Haye down as the second best HW behind Wladimir who he should then rematch uninjured and coming into with big form behind him.
