When Haye was "retired" do we think he was taking steroids?

Steroid use is pretty prevalent at all levels of the sport, but the most likely culprits (as well as the ones least likely to get caught) are those at the top of the game, especially the gym rats and the fitness freaks.

The mentality people are taking into this is all wrong. Athletes don't roid up because they can't hack it, they roid up to be the best they can be. If you don't have a "win at all costs" mentality then you aren't going to survive in the modern game.

Somehow I don't think Haye has any qualms about injecting himself in the butt if it means a few more millions in the bank.

I haven't heard of any British fighter failing a drug test before. I think it's way more common overseas tbh..
