When Hopkins whooops Dawson later this yr. if the fight comes off, I don't wanna hear

im not so sure if bhop can beat dawson at this point in time. if he makes the fight real sloppy and fights tremendously smart, maybe, but he would have a hell of a time with a guy like dawson. he's no joke.

 

I think this fight could be a close one, but with Chad being undefeated and younger I see him getting the nod.

The fight is not happening. Hopkins is not interested in fighting Dawson, period.

 

It will be an interesting fight if it comes off. Dawson will definitely have to raise a level if he is to beat Hopkins. Hopkins is the BIG test, no-one has been able to beat him properly since Jones about 15 years ago.

you saw his age against taylor and Calzaghe and you would see it against Dawson. I love B-hop he reps the hood, but don't let love fool you. All the problems he had vs Taylor he would have 2 fold against Dawson.

 

Dawson can't sell out a Volkswagon to watch his fights. Nobody but diehards know him. The fact of the matter is that unless Dawson is willing to fight for peanuts, he doesn't bring enough to the table to make a Hopkins fight happen. And I like Dawson, but this is just the truth.

Dawson has about as much chance of getting a Hopkins fight as Timothy Bradley has a chance of getting the winner of Hatton-Pacquiao.
