When, if ever has Pacquiao beaten a top fighter in their prime convincingly?

I think it's clear to the majority which posters come up with valuable/interesting/relevent points, and which people don't. I will leave it at that.

let's see,

sasakul was the top 112 fighter, only 28 years old with only a solitary loss against arbachakov and have have beaten him back before pac fought and beat him in front of the thai homecrowd when pac was just 19 years old.

jamili was the philippine's top 122 fighter, just 27 years old and fresh from a top fight and a KO loss with then undefeated morales, when a moving-up in weight pac stopped him in 2 rounds.

ledwaba was a 122 champion at 29 years old when pac took him on short notice as a replacement.

there are other top fighters in their prime or close to it that pac beaten up like barrera, jmm and morales but some people prefer that they were not prime when pac beat them just to preserve their image or simply they just don't want to give pac full credit when it happened.
