When, if ever has Pacquiao beaten a top fighter in their prime convincingly?

He's got time and you know why he has not been able to have an opportunity against better opposition until recently. Nothing to do with Pacquiao not doing it anyway!

Ok Jeff M. Let's get some perspective here. It's not like Chad Dawson or Joe Calzaghe fighting guys in their 40s. NOW That's past prime.

So anyone who 'loses' is not in prime. I don't agree with that. A loss can mean they just got beaten by the better man on the night.

It's plain to see you can't give Manny Pacquiao any credit for anything he does:

If he beats Cotto you'll say 'Margarito broke him, weight drained, not in prime'

If he beats Mosely you'll say 'not in prime, 38 years of age, weight drained'

If he beats Mayweather you'll say 'not fighting at 147 so weight drained, out of prime, was rusty from 2 years off'

Take your cynicism somewhere else. I for one CANNOT F**KING WAIT FOR THE PAC-MAYWEATHER FIGHT!

Marquez was more interested in playing out his romance with the canvas than fighting.
