yes, we all know jeff m isn't very bright. he gets owned in every thread he posts in. he never has any answers to the questions i've posed to him or the statements i've made. at most he'll say "LOL" or some **** like that without picking apart my arguments.

BUT i'll have to admit, he's amusing and i have a fondness for him. in the same way one would be fond of a special child who's trying really hard.

1st Marquez fight, I dont care what your Bull**** stories are, the man clearly beat him, it was close but it was also clear three knock downs in the opening round clear.

That wasn't too convincing of a "win". After the first round, Pac was pretty much out-boxed most of the fight.

explain this reasoning that you'd give credit to Pac for Cotto but not Hatton? Because he's the odds favorite?

Would you give credit to Pac if he LOSES to Cotto? guess he was overrated ehh?

    you're digging yourself a hole.

    JeffM....

Who in 'your eyes' does Pac have to fight that to you would be a 'great' achievment if beaten, besides mayweather and williams? i am curious...

IMO Pac isnt getting nearly enough credit for fighting Cotto.... imo, the guy is a top 4 welterweight and one of the most dangerous. Pac didnt move up and pick a feather fisted or weak champion to scoop a belt, he picked Miguel Cotto of all people...

No,no, I'll give Pac credit if he manages to beat Cotto because I see the outcome more likely being that Cotto beats him into a bloody mess, even if he's not 100% mentally and/or physically anymore. Cotto's been fighting guys bigger than him. The speed will be there with Pac, but Cotto should feel a lot more comfortable than he did with Cheato and Clottey.

I just think Roach picked Cotto because he thinks Cotto is damaged enough for Pac to beat him. He said how little Hatton and ODLH had left, before the fights!

I never said he gets NO credit for Hatton. Just not nearly as much as if he were to beat Cotto. I think there is a good chance he loses to Cotto. I won't hold it that much against his record. I expected him to beat Hatton and ODLH!

That is a matter of your opinion, yes JMM did well enough to bring the score closer, but IMO it was still a clear win.

Umm David Diaz was in his prime, Hatton was still in his prime STFU with the Pac hate sure Pacquiao has alot of question marks but not as many as Floyd does.

David Diaz was not a top fighter, and Hatton was neither a top fighter or prime!

Everyone knows Diaz was just a cherry pick at 135 to pick up a belt. There was much better competition Pac could have fought at 135.

I, and about 10 others have asked for some sort of criteria from you about what defines a "top fighter in their prime". I have also asked you to list maybe 2-3 example of fighters who have beaten some "top fighter in their prime convincingly". but 50+ pages later and counting, we're still waiting.

you obviously don't want this question resolved and you obviously like the attention.
