Lewis (WBC, linear) was the underdog against Holyfield (WBA & IBF) in March '99, the odds favouring Holyfield 9-5.

And then Holyfield (WBA & IBF) was the underdog against Lewis (WBC, linear) in the rematch in November '99, the odds favouring Lewis 9-5.

So alphabet for both, linear for the first :D

Well... the fight was pick-em for a long time, although you are correct in the final week Tyson went in at about 5/2 on.

Holyfield was the underdog against Bowe in 1992

Marciano had the slight nod over Walcott

The first at Heavyweight was Johnson, who was the underdog in his fight with Jeffries. Because believe it or not Burns was the slight favourite against Jack in 1908.

Well Jeff was the favor for all the wrong reasons though. People seem to have forgotting that Jeff was out of the ring for nearly 5 years. If say Lewis return in 2010 or so, and face Wlad in his FIRST return fight. I make Wlad the favor base on Lewis being inactive.
