Canada's & middleweight's biggest blue chip still dont have a fight lined up after nearly 2months of his last one. He's been doing a fight about every 2months, considering he's knocked everyone out in the first or second round. Maybe a fight vs a B-class opponent is in the works?

Anyone know any current news on Lemieux's next move?

His schedrule on ESPN for August 28th but no opponents have been name so:huh I hope that GYM got somebody under contract but waiting after the Pascal-Dawson card to make the annoncement!

They were trying to put him on the Pascal-Dawson undercard but it look like they got problems to find him a descent opponent!

There was a report that Froch wants him as sparring partner to prepare for his October 2 date with Abraham.

I´d fancy a fight with Cintron.

Talking about Lemieux, does anyone else think he's severly over-rated, i can see him being brutally exposed when he steps up and fights someone who's slick

hes still very young and for now hes a very promising prospect imo. even for a slick guy i believe its very hard to counterpunch him to a decision due to Lemieux skills, speed, timing power and noticeable ring iq. I dont expect him to get exposed unless he shows some chin or stamina issue. up to now he only once fought 10 rounds and was well above 160lbs for that fight.

I'd like to see Lemieux fight Miguel Espino or Lujaun Simon. He's ready for that level.

They already gave Simon an offer ( that he refuse)so i guess there trying to put him in the ring against that kind of opposition!

Would like to see him in with Craig McEwan.

    Craig would take the fight.
