When is FLOYD gonna offer PACMAN a bet?

    Or he doesn't, because he doesn't even intend to sign the dotted line. He's just gonna be hiding in his "Take the test" shield inspite of PAC saying it's no longer an issue. :hat

    I don't think it would even come close to him offering a bet. He's retiring....AGAIN. :hat

    I like both guys . . . so my question to you is: Why does PBF have to make an offer? If PAC doesn't does that make him offer (with THE test in it) a *****? It is more logical if Pac agreed to the test that he approach PBF since Pac didn't want the testing in the first place and that is why the fight fell apart
