rofl angry? You don't understand the psychology of the situation. I've been having fun arguing with you and other guys on this topic. But I'm glad you realize the stupidity of what you are saying and include the examples above as a direct comparison to the argument at hand. Good job :good .

Besides you're arguing the side of "i would put money on GSP in a wrestling match against" aka "GSP is better than Kos at wrestling." Competetive doesn't mean anything, a donkey can understand he would be competetive and not gona get pinned in seconds.

Well, of course it isn't too late to start training and fighting. However, it will be very hard to be successful fast, due to a lack of a solid base to start from. Most people who start like, like Randy Couture have already been training and competing their entire life.

Yeah, thats the problem with Britain, we just don't have a solid martial art base to start us off such as the high school and college wrestling system the US has or the culture of BJJ that Brazil has. I like all physical sports so would have most probably taken up an interest in wrestling if a system similiar to the US was in existence.
Despite freestyle wrestling originating in Britain, alot of the martial arts are not in the public pysche anymore for us to learn, except boxing which has just started to get really popular in the last 15 years.

No big deal though... you seem to have reasonable expectations for yourself, so I don't see why you can't start anytime that you feel ready. I would like to suggest that you at least get yourself into someone decent condition (if you aren't already)... or you won't get 100% out of your training once you enter it.

And you are? You sound like a fatass behind a computer who has his ego way up because he trains every other sunday...

Seriously, at least introduce yourself before being blatantly rude.
