To quote the great David Brent:
''I'm not saying he's unlucky, but if he fell into a barrel of tits, he'd come up sucking his own thumb.''

I too would love to see that, but it would never happen in a million years. Brandon Rios is a level above him and would take his heart away. Murray will be kept away from guys like that.

I'm also demanding a Murray vs Mitchell fight. That must happen.

I think Mitchell is a class above though, and takes him with ease after a few competitive rounds :good

i'm not so sure bud, i think mitchell might struggle to come back after the loss to katsidis. murray's pressure would get to him late on.

Murray just walks forward and throws, uses his strength to back his opponents up, no intelligence in his work.

I don't think he's that big a puncher, don't think he's particularly nuanced, and his opposition up tp this date has been pathetic.

In short, I don't rate him very much at all. Chuck him in with Mitchell and they can both learn.

To the person earier who suggested Brandon Rios, from what I've seen he would DEMOLISH Murray.

I'd pick Mitchell to beat Murray.

Murray plays right into Mitchells style IMO, Kev' would pick him off all night long and have the grit required to duke it out with Murray if necessary.

Unless he changes promotor I doubt he'll go anywhere but instead continue to be barely active, constantly listening to his management telling him "next year will be his big year", occasionally fight someone just for the sake of having a fight,or on the promise of it leading to things, barely learning anything in the fight itself, before finally in about 4 years time he's brought out in front of a new up and coming british rising star as fodder

As for Mitchell, I imagine he's still spending each day wondering how he pissed away the biggest chance of his life against Katsidis

quite honestly the only promoter he had any kind of future with was hatton but hes been disgraced not sure where murray goes from here

  12. Is he not still lined up for a WBC elimination shot?
