Regardless of the outcome. bhop is well known and well regarded as a terribly slow and low output fighter. In fact, he has given us some of the the most boring title fights of any weight division under heavy in the last 15 years.

I was shocked to see pascal not working in this fight and letting these rounds go without throwing. I think an earl rd, maybe rd 4 or 5 he landed like 1 clean blow in 3 minutes. This is a young guy, he didnt seem to want it.

I cant remember the last time Bhop outworked an opponent.

Yeah, the punch stats were fairly one sided in Hopkins favor across the board...

grandpa hopkins beating a young stud jean pascal is just IMPOSSIBLE. no amount of hardwork can yield such old yet slick boxer... he must be on something.

take note that nowadays, people don't admire people who defy odds, they question them! and the founder of this school of thought is a crackhead.

He landed more than tarver according to compubox, but threw a few less. I would wager you have to go back to the 1990's.

    Total Punches Hopkins Tarver Landed 133 78 Thrown 417 437 Pct. 32% 18%

    Wow.

Yeah, probably back to the early days of the 160 reign then.
