Or go ahead and pretend everything before 2007 never happened...

Mosley was "shot" relative to what he once had been. But it didn't stop a whole bunch of people from picking him, a whole bunch of people from saying it was the second biggest fight in the world to be made, and a whole bunch of people from ranking him #3 Pound for Pound and the #1 Welterweight... As for bringing up the Cano fight, well, the Mayweather fight was over 3 years ago now.

Of course Cotto was/is in decline. He had been since the Margarito KO (Clottey, Pacquiao, as evidence). But once again it didn't stop a whole bunch of people from ranking him as the best JMW in the world.

I'm guessing you fit into the "whole bunch of people" in all or 3 of the 4 of these categories.

    Bump

Just to show how big of hypocrites some people are when assessing certain performances to other ones.

Dude youre arguing with trolls and ****ing bazooka lol. You arent gonna gain any ground here with them no matter how many facts you bring up.

Mayweather is seem as greater than Oscar by anyone with any cred or knowledge no need to argue with fools, its pointless

Nobody's acting like he doesn't he doesn't have quality wins. De La Hoya's best wins are simply of higher quality in my opinion. The other factors which I responded to have little relevance. "Superior fighter" is a subjective term.

"I don't think Floyd Mayweather will fight me anytime," Williams said. "Manny Pacquiao, he might do it, he might step up but not Floyd.

    "I guess Floyd won't fight me because I don't have a vagina."

That X-rated shot, obviously, is a reference to the Baby Mama drama which briefly sent Mayweather to jail and led to domestic battery charges in Las Vegas

We're not talking Robinson or Ali. We're talking De La Hoya, whose best win is over Fernando Vargas.

I hate when people throw out names like that's the be all end all. I couldn't even get past the first person you listed for Oscar. Jorge Paez? Washed up Paez? Go do some homework first and I don't mean boxrec either.

Why do people keep ignoring Trinidad and Mosley 2, pretty much universally recognized as victories?
