It won't be Khan that gets that choice, Mayweather will decide who he fights

Yes that's true, but what else is there for FMJ, he could fight Timmy but we all know Bobby is going to get in the way of that one, other than Canelo i don't think theres any other good fights for him, so why not Khan.

As Ortiz found out this weekend, it's probably best just to worry about the fight in front of you, rather than dreaming of the next one. I think Khan has his work cut out here I really do

Marquez / Bradley / Lopez / Mayweather I see most likely.

    Ashley Theophane :think

    Also do you mean underrated?

Garcia doesn't have a win close to the Judah annihilation, the Malignaggi beatdown or even the Kotelnik win. Don't let the bull**** belt cloud the fact that Morales was never a LWW champion and came in woefully out of shape against Garcia.

I think this is Khan's last fight at LWW

I'm hoping it is Khan-Bradley but I got a feeling it will be Khan-Guererro

Danny Garcia is a US national champion and an unbeaten pro , he's no mug , he's no world beater but neither is Amir Khan :deal , this will not be a walk over for Khan , specially if the Peterson fight is anything to go by when all Peterson done was walk forward in a straight line to engage Khan on the inside , extremely worrying IMO , i do think Garcia will have a hard time with Khan's speed and movement , but i also believe Khan will have a hard time if Garcia chases him down and cuts off the ring , Khan can only score solid shots if he's set and planted at distance , if Garcia takes that away he may be forced to slug it out rather than box / punch , which he does tend to struggle with

All that said i do think what Khan does possess is too much for Garcia , and he will beat him

Looking beyond Garcia i mean Tim Bradley has to be the target doesn't he ??? , after him there's not much point hanging @140 if he is struggling to make the weight ?? , just jumping up a weight class for the sake of it comes with risks that frankly Khan isn't in a position to take , all things considered , so I'm assuming he's outgrowing 140 as they've been talking about 147 for what nearly a year ??

If he does go to 147 , Brook , Bailey / Alexander would get my vote but i mean its anyones guess who he's going to fight , GB and Khan are about risk / reward as are most high valued fighters these days , so its literally a blind guess , Malignaggi would be most likely being realistic

Peterson and Garcia are different animals , Garcia an established pro and an established ama , Peterson a world beater of an ama and a world class pro , there credentials don't match up , that said a year after Garcia laced his gloves up it would of been obvious to any coach that the kid is a pro and not an ama , such is his style , therefore one slightly weighs on the other , but Peterson is a much more complete fighter , that doesn't always transpire to the ring i know , but skill wise Peterson is superior to the vast majority of LWW's inside the top 10 if not them all , not just Garcia

I think Khan is going to fight Lopez when he makes his Welterweight debut, first of all I don't think the Ortiz-Lopez rematch will happen, so I think it's the most easiest/good fight to make.

I hate all this talk of what next. The only thing on Khans mind should be July 14th.

In boxing you should only be thinking of the next fight.
