Did that gesture unnerve Walters ? I've never seen a fighter gesture like that before. Walters knew the axe was about to drop.

He humiliated him to the extent that he just quit. Took away his fight hand too..

    Simples.

Lomachenko did everything he said he'd do prior to the fight.

The 4 rounds to have a look whilst winning the rounds and then go to work round 5 onwards and this is exactly what he did.

I'm mad at Loma for that wave! If he didn't do it we might have gotten another round out of Walters!

The wave just capped everything that lead up to Walters quitting. If you watch round 7 again you'll see Walters actually wanted to quit during the round twice after being knocked across the ring. He would turn his back and walk away towards the ropes.

I think it did plant a fearful little nagging in his mind.

I didn't think he waved "Bye" to Walters, I just think Loma was telling him to stay there cause the round was about to end. Loma has this crazy awareness to know EXACTLY when the round is about to end. If you watch some of his fights you'll notice that he will start walking to his corner right before the bell rings. I think he was just doing that. Unfortunately, if looked a lot like, "stay over there" and it totally got into Walters head! So, I mark this as 3 Loma wins by Broken Will.

When he was doing that, it either meant one of two things:
    1. Go back to your corner (Walters was still looking at Loma)
    or
    2. I've got you in this next round, just watch.

I cant remember such a one sided domination of two top fighters facing off. Maybe Floyd/Canelo? That was pretty embarrassing but Canelo didnt quit.

Not a big fan of taunting but I guess all the talkin' Walters did in the lead up provoked Lomachenko. I can only imagine what he will have in store for Salido if they fight again.

That gesture was more of Lomachenko telling Walters " Have a seat, think of a gameplan, and I'll continue kicking your ass next round". Walters was completely unprepared for that type of skill level.

I actually thought he was ringing an imagery bell, right on time as the bell rang.
