Vitali was rocked? Already after the first sentence, your post is biased. Rahman was good in his early years, Rahman was rolling with Tua until misfortune hit him (you know what happened). Rahman's claim to fame is KO Lennox, one of the greatest accomplishments. You are right, no shame in getting knocked down by McCline, IF it was McCline years ago! McCline couldn't even beat Valuev now. Come on!!!

George Foreman proved you can come back and be a champion again. And why was George able to accomplish this? The power and the chin, and the size. And the looks of Vitali, he is no where as old as George Foreman. Honestly, if Vitali was fighting someone bigger with a stacked chin like Tony The Tiger Thompson, Vitali fans could then have trouble on their hands. I know you will think Thompson isn't good because he lost to little bro Wlad, but I'm telling you, very few on this planet can beat Thompson. Thompson would KO Peter. He would make all you Peter fans shocked and sad. Peter was lucky to survive old McCline, and Peter doesn't have anything to take out Vitali with. No height, no chin. Some dancing skills. Think about it folks, quit wishing and start thinking. Vitali is going to Foreman Peter.

I think Vitali's iron chin has rusted since we seen him last, aside from that his good timing and reflexes are probably close to being shot as well.

Yeah ,that is what you are banking on. Too bad that is probably not the case. Vitali is no idiot, he knows what he has physically. And he knows what he is up against. A wide swinging, strait foreward slugger, that is going to run right into Vitali's punches.

Where do I begin, Foreman came back and became champion, he wasnt better than when he rose to fame during the mid 70's, but he did change his style to make himself more competitive against his younger competitors, but unlike Vitali George made his return fighting nonbody's and fought his way up the ladder, not getting title shot until 91' against Holyfield, 87-91, thats 4 years of practice, and it took him another 4 years to get that shot again in 95 against Moorer. Vitali' fighting the number 2 guy Sam Peter ice cold, no warm-ups, 4 years of inactivity, and injuries to boot, quite a bit different than George's steady plan to the top.

McCline had a leg injury against Valuev, just when he was starting to pick it up, it's not like Valuev knocked him out.

Tony Thompson is ****ing terrible, look at his resume, he fought nobody's to get the chance to fight Wlad, his best win was over Krasniqi, enough said. Thompson would have his brains scrambled against Peter, the guy wanted to give up against Wlad late in the fight, falling to the canvas like Wlad slammed him or something, Thompson has limmited skills and no power, how the hell would he beat Peter?

Be here after the fight. I think you are a little delusional. Vitali doens't run into punches, he is very crafty and hard to hit clean.

SRL took 4 years off and won the MW title in one fight. So, it can be done. You are hoping that Vitali's reflexes and timing will be shot, but he will be prepared. Vitali has been fighting his entire life.

He's not that crafty, he still walked into punches from journeymen and got caught with a hayemaker or two as well.

SRL is in a whole nother league, Vitali is just coming for the big paycheck and the chance to make history, similar to RJJ taking a fight with Calzaghe, his chances of winning are slim, but he doesnt have much lose and alot to gain, think about it.
