I don't know why this thread is continuing. The answer is above. 600,000 PPVs is an insane amount of money, and that's the only thing Arum cares about. Everyone knows Pac beat Bradley clear anyway, it's not as if Manny is burning with rage after being genuinely beaten, he won easily and the decision was stupid, everyone knew this and agreed.

You know, I was never really satisfied with Jones rematch KO over Griffin.

In their first fight Griffin boxed the pants off of Jones. Griffin was finding the better angles and beating Jones to the punch.

In the second fight Griffin got caught cold in the very first round and Jones did'nt let him off the hook.
Jones did his job sure, but as a boxing fans perspective, I would have liked to have seen the rematch go a few rounds and have Jones prove he boxistically could match and exceed Griffin's skill level.

Catching a fighter cold and blowing him away does'nt prove you have better skill. At the time people were high on Roy Jones skill level. I was always skeptical of it believing he got away with alot of technical mistakes purely on athletic ablility.

Anyways, I think its fair to say that athletic ability and not boxing skill level blew Griffin away.
I would have liked to have seen it go a few rounds and have Joned have to re-deal with Griffin's boxing skill, but it did'nt happen that way. Jones caught Griffin early and he did'nt have to put any boxing skill or prowess on display to finish him.

Actually no! I thought Pacquiao edged it, but there are clearly videos out there proving Pacquiao was outright missing most of his shots while Lampley and crew were yelling from the top of their lungs Pacquiao could'nt miss Bradley with the left hand! :rofl:rofl:rofl

An HBO total outrageous description of the fight as has become customary with every one of their Pacquiao telecasts! :nut

Pacquiao's punching power at 147 is greatly exaggerated.

The act is old...Every Thread is Anti Pac or pro Black guy, which is cool (I'm black). BTW, I love Floyd, Broner, AND Pacquiao!!!

He doesn't know it's possible to criticize both, and also be a fan of both. He's constantly defending one, and ridiculing the other like an idiot. These people need to learn to think for themselves.

Jones was always coming to the rematch to get what was his.

Jones wasnt going to wait around and show him his boxing skill, he went out there to blow this guy out.

Montell should have known that and should have used his boxing skill to weather the storm.

This is boxing, its combat, and when a lion smells blood he's going for the kill, thats exactly what the superman did.

You couldnt write it better than the way Roy went out there and took back his titles.

Brick wall in the road, he wont move, the king, he is Roy in the ring.

Pacquiao should rematch Bradley but Pac is only after big money fights in this stage of his career unfortunately.
