When Should Golota be given his title after stopping Bowe with low blows?

After all, SOB has proven that Golota deserves the title according to him, low blows are legal.......................watched the fight in slow motion and with still pictures, that blow was clearly below the white, it was on the letters and on the testicles where SOB planned all along..................when will Golota be given that title he won from Bowe?

Don't remember if Bowe had a title at that time actually, it's been so long ago, but I am sure one of the boxing org.'s would create one for him...................Roc nation should buy one for him, since they support low blows and hate neutral judges, referees, and boxing commissions! The next SOB opponent should demand a cage match without any rules, let SOB foul all he wants, but also allow the other fighter to foul..............

 

Are you human? I am very angry because I see boxing going down hill, no wonder UFC and MMA are gaining such popularity.......................one fighter does not have to obey the rules and the other has to obey the rules..............boxing clearly becoming WWE..............
