When should the WBA strip Haye for refusing his mandatory?

Boxing has rules and even David Haye isn't larger than the sport, he has to face his mandatory just like everyone else, or will be stripped to allow who worked hard for it to fight for it. Now when David backed out of the Wladimir Klitschko fight for the first time two years ago, Wlad and Ruslan Chagaev, already diagnosted with hepB, unified for the lineal HW championship in Germany so it's completely safe for Haye to fight Ruslan. But it seems the same British Boxing Board of Control that didn't fine David following he flat out said he personally bet on the 3rd round which is completely illegal, ruled not to licence Chagaev in the UK. Surprise surprise.

But guess what, that's hardly gonna dismiss Haye's mandatory, the WBA sanctioned Ruslan's eliminator and will stage a fight for the vacant belt when Haye is stripped for not following the rules. Chagaev is not getting any younger and deserves his rightful chance for the title regardless who he faces.

So WHEN should the WBA put an end to this comedy and allow boxing to breathe some fresh air?

Wait, Haye admitted to betting on himself to stop Harrison in the third round? That's why he carried him the first two? ****.

I honestly don't see Haye traveling outside the UK to fight Chag, so he'll have to be stripped at some point.

I see the WBA super championing him for no reason, with no regular or interim to be named just so he can take a longer amount between mandatory defenses and retire without having defended.

Rules are for other sanctioning bodies.

Look at the last decade or so of the WBA heavyweight title. Whatever historical credibility that title had has been systematically and entirely eliminated.

It is now a title made up of fake champions, based on arbitrary rulings and outright lies, all just to line the pockets of the WBA. Tightly controlled (or manufactured) champions with zero credibility, and who make no effort to fight the best.

Which is why the current champion suits it so well.

At the very worst they promote haye to super champion imo.

I think haye will fight solis next anyways, and since that's a unification and within the year time limit he should get away with it.

I dont think Haye will retire. Hell probably get a nice payday against a bull**** opponent and get creedy. Expecting him to fight tree more times before retiring.

Something like Mormeck, Maccarinelli and Carl Thompson with the same results.

Haye won't be stripped if he doesn't fight Chagaev. You know this as much as any one else on here. Pointless thread.

To be fair, it's not Haye's fault that Chagaev is ill. It's up to the WBA to make the right decision to try and get a decent opponent to fight David for his mandatory. Most of the good opponents are tied up at the moment, so it's going to be hard to find a worthy replacement...

Solis is a tank and would smash any heavyweight today. He'd stop haye and wlad within two rounds. Vitali will take about 9 rounds imo.
