By far the worst poster this site has had and that's really saying something!!

I have so many examples of idiots talking boxing when they literally know nothing. Any time a big fight is on all the experts come out, I remember a brief discussion I had with a student in a casino the night of the pacman v cotto fight.

Student- yeah, pacman is the best ever fighter, he will beat Cotto inside 3 rounds.

Me- no he won't, cotto has never been beaten in 3 and the only time he lost the guy had loaded wraps.

Student- err yeah he will still lose, pacman beats all the Mexicans, its all due to styles.

Me- yeah mate if you say so!!!

I didn't even correct the fool.

I'm amazed at the lack of knowledge, I was the only person who knew Donaire wasn't big enough for 140 they say he's the same size as Bradley, it's like how stupid can you be. They say Zab is a failure he was the undisputed welterweight champion, they say catchweights didn't benefit Manny but you can die from cutting weight it's like how are you so pathetic to not know that.

I also hate how racist and nationalistic people are in boxing. Because I like Floyd, I'm black?

I've probably been called every nation/race in the book besides my actual one

Hate it also but it can make great compelling fights.
Nothing like a classic Mexican elite vs a Puerto Rican elite going at it.

Well, nostalgia fans who refuse to leave the bubble to recognize greatness, they would agree with your pov, but fans who know boxing, and love modern as well as classic fighters tend to recognize that at HW, the fighters have evolved to bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled.

Lennox Lewis was indeed a pioneer of todays modern SHW. He weighed 240, was 6'4, and had smooth hands and power. His lateral movement was top notch and his footwork and defense were underrated qualities.

H2H, I would pick Lennox Lewis to beat ANY classic HW at least 6/10 times. Though, knowing boxing like I do, I don't think it will be long before a HW evolves to dwarf him. Wladimir Klitschko may already have.

In terms of resume, it's hard to argue Lennox Lewis is not the GOAT atm. He beat everybody he fought and beat the best of this era, the his own, and even a few from the previous era.

While I am a K2 fan by and by, Lennox Lewis was the SHW who gave them a fan base from which to grow. When Lewis first started fighting, the criticism about him was that he was a robot and he would be kod because he was so long.:deal

if its on the computer i tend to just shake my head if its in person ill take the ****.

My friend tried engaging me in a conversation about boxing saying he watches it alot and came out with this pearler "you know what i think would be a great fight......Floyd Mayweather v David Haye"

others that made me **** were" Steve Collins woulda ruined Roy Jones" and"chris Eubank was by far the best pound for pound boxer ive ever seen"
