Nah. Nunn fits exactly what dmt has asked for.

James Toney was so good at running back and DB he was offered a scholarship to play at the powerhouse U of Michigan. He was a stellar athlete.

Mike Nunn was a tall guy who was a GG baby and danced on the side.

JT was the true athlete in that ring.

Nunn was the boxing athlete. He had immense speed of both hand and foot, great co-ordination and great athletic boxing ability. Just like Jones was the boxing athlete in the ring vs Toney and made a complete fool of him with his speed and reflex. Where was Toney's great athleticism that night LOL. Toney's footwork was pondrous compared to great in the ring athletes like Jones. Put someone more stationary in front of him and he could be hell on wheels. SRL looked like he was having a stroke sprinting 100m. In the ring however he was graceful, athletic and historically elite in his gifts.

You don't understand the question. dmt has already confirmed this.

I had to look it up, but I found the result on a website called boxrec.com. James Toney KTFO Michael Nunn due to his superior boxing athleticism. Scoreboard.

I mean Mike Tyson was not a great athlete in non boxing sports. I doubt Tyson could have made it in pro basketball or tennis or olympic sprinting, triathlon, decathlons etc.

I am not an expert on NFL (American football) but i doubt Tyson could have succeeded there either.

But Tyson had tremendous boxing athleticism. Fast hands, fast feet, sharp reflexes etc. He had amazing boxing athleticism.

Nunn may not have been a football player but he was so fleet footed and quick handed, its hard not to see him as a great athlete from a boxing perspective.

Boxing athleticism is unique. It usually doesn't carry over to other sports.

Yeah I don't disagree, I think I'm conflating athleticism with athletic build.
