Think it's fair to say Guzman lost his touch since failing to make weight against Cambell. It has been going downhill for him since then.

A real shame,so talented. He could have been a p4p, but his discipline didn't help his cause.

You don't know **** about boxing. Guzman is a bad ass...opponents around his size is no competition for him. If he fights at 135 he wants to fight guys at 140, if he fights at 140 he wants to fight at 147. Why do you think he come in at 147 for a 140 fight.

there may be some truth to this. a guy who knows guzman use to post here. he said guzman told him hes being ducked by many fighters. i remember the dude mentioning zab judah is 1 of them who ducked him in the past. he may be 36, but, he still is a difficult fight for anyone if he is mentally there

I have no clue what the hell you are trying to say here. It seems you are being sarcastic in trying to say that he's not making weight. I was a big fan of his until he started messing up at the scale. However, that is the past and he has had at least 3 weight ins where he made weight. So, with that being said he is doing what he is suppose to do so let's talk about now and not what he did yrs back. Yes, I do believe a lot of guys don't want to fight him because it's high risk low reward to fight him. It's not that he doesn't want to fight a caliber fighter...it's that they won't fight him for the reason already given.

Guzman isn't young though, he does need to get a move on and fight someone decent and get a title shot. Judah got more focused, at least for awhile... Guzman can do it too.

Let's not forget he also fail to make weight several times and other excuses with good opponents, which could have help him in his career. Not all opponents want to schedule a fight when his opponent (Guzman) could very well call the fight off and everyone loses especially guys with families that need to put food on the table.

Even this past it version of Guzman would school Broner.

Doubt Broner would fight him though.

Guzman isn't as good as he was.

Still excellent, but bear in mind his recent competition.
