9 AM: I do roadwork(more of a temp run) every other day for 5 days for about 45 minutes. (We wil lcall that A days.) B Days I do HIITs.

6 PM I do my boxing routine.(Falls just short of 2 hours usually)

So I wanna know, should I do strength training after conditioning, before? In between conditioning and boxing?(Thats a big gap) Or right after my boxing?

Also, could I get a good sample str training routine (relentless please, hehe, but a little more advanced than the one you got stickied) Preferably bodyweight, and effiecient for burning weight.. Tryined to get from 135 back down to 130 and maybe a little under that.

You'd usually wanna do your strength training before your conditioning, when the CNS is fresh. I know it's hard, but the perfect schedule would be to do your skill work in the morning, strength training mid-day and conditioning at night. Obviously for most that is hard if not impossible to accomplish, but that's more or less the ideal schedule.
