Whats the best order for these workouts, ive read running in the morning decreases later boxing sessions so i think the same would apply to weight training, so what order would be most beneficial?
I don't know if this is the optimal thing to do but I like to have like an entire week of just lifting weights and not doing any boxing in that time. If I do boxing like heavy bag or sparring my hands are usually a bit sore and it's harder to lift weights. I think a bit of a break from boxing is ok to rest the body and just doing weightlifting for an entire week is fun too. Then the next week I do more boxing again.
Ive been boxing the heavy bag and leg exercises. i am going to weight train week run 3 days and box 3 days then rest 1 day. If this seems silly please let me know.
