Do you think he should be allowed to go straight after AJ or whoever might hold a belt/s at that time or do you think he should be made to fight a couple of tune ups and at least one vs a top name to show he is really worthy of a title shot? I sure do but suspect he wants to go straight to a huge ca$h out fight for a title. Sounds like that by the way he jeeps talking in his latest video rants. What do you reckon? #Don'twantanyriskyfightstakemestraighttothemoney$$$chickenboyfury$$$
Hopefully he takes some tune ups. He probably needs them. And we need to see where he's at. It's very likely the Fury who beat Wlad is gone forever and I'd like to know that before he fights Joshua. I worry he'll just immediately jump to a Joshua fight he's not at all ready for and we'll lose what could've been a great fight. Really though, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Joshua gave him an immediate match. It would remove the risk of Fury outing himself as an overweight bum, and prevent Fury from getting back into proper shape, limiting the risk of a Joshua loss.
He'd be stupid not to have a tune up or two but if he went straight for the titles (assuming AJ still has them) then the sanctioning bodies will definitely grant Joshua the voluntary to make it happen. There's way too much money in the fight to jeopardise it with the bureaucracy surrounding rankings/mandatories etc. Every party involved will want to green light this match up. Personally though I'm yet to be convinced Tyson will persevere the hardships of the comeback trail.
a guy called Sam Peter, conditioned for 6 round fights, IS a tune-up. Generally 6 round fighters are seen as tune-upsd towards someone who can fight a 12 round bout well.
they should be able to! But gassing after 6 is appallingly quality for a supposed world level fighter, its more befitting a regional. Getting fit for more than 6 rounds isnt even difficult for an amateur!
