    People really do love to complain. It was a one off. But Tyson’s real belt collection is something any pro would dream of

    - English heavyweight title
    - Irish heavyweight title
    -commonwealth title
    - British title
    - WBO intercontinental title
    - European title
    - IBF heavyweight title
    - WBO heavyweight title
    - IBO heavyweight title
    - WBA heavyweight title
    - ring title

    3 year lay off

    - should have had WBC heavyweight title
    - regained WBO intercontinental title

    And of course the one off Mayan title

    Of all the pro heavyweights in the world, they would be proud to have a fraction of those accolades

    He was trying to be respectful to the Mexican people, what do you want him to say? This belt is trash. It’s all PR

    If Tyson didn't acknowledge the Mayan belt, people would instead be complaining that he was trying to mislead casuals and pretending he just won a legit title.

    Yeah but he always says stupid stuff.

    Like saying Tom Schwartz was the third ranked heavyweight in the world and tgat he was a good man, a Christian man, a fighting man.

    Like he was a stay busy fight just keeo it real.

    All boxers say stupid stuff. If the WBC wants to give him a daft trinket then that’s on them.

    If he never fought people would complain about his inactivity
