Tried to emulate SRR, but not a good choice for a fire plug.

Joe Frazier. I met him when I was a kid, maybe 11-12 years ago. He was a great guy from what I remember.

To be honest, I didn't try to be like anyone. I am currently like a mix between Kelly Pavlik and Rocky Marciano. On the outside I'm more Kelly Pavlik, throwing 1-2s and some hooks. On the inside I'm like Marciano, constantly banging away at the ribs, stomach, head, whatever arm I can I'm whacking the other guy with. I've been known to land and elbow or two while I'm mixing it up on the inside as well.

If I had my choice though, I'd fight just like Marciano, making my way inside to do some big damage.

I am 31...I learned my first bit of boxing from my brother...he really tried to have me fight like tyson. Did allot of the body head combos....head movement drills...as I boxed I realized I didn't really have much one punch stopping power. Later I tried to modify into more a hybrid of jack dempsey and floyd patterson...more movement then tyson style...more boxing...would sometimes do peek a boo...sometimes not

Nobody in particular. I remember liking to try a one-two, hook to the body combo, after seeing it in a fight once but cant remember which fight. Whenever i ran out of ideas i'd just throw that

first of all i tried to be like Ali, didnt work, then frazier, didnt work, then frank bruno, STILL didnt work. Had to settle for charlie Zelenoff

No seriously, my father was always an advocate of great boxers and good defence like the SRRs,Alis, Jersey joes of this world, so i tried the box and move style for a while til i got a little older and convinced myself that i could do more. So i went through a phase of whacking away to the body which wasnt done much at my age group, and i used to watch McGuigan fights and see how he switched from body to head, sometimes doubling up on the body. Great great body puncher he was. Anyway it did me no good as i couldnt get the necessary speed into the punches with them 16oz gloves-they were twice the size of my head

Being a southpaw, I was aiming for Hagler, and he was my hero then anyway.

I'm still waiting on my call from the Hall of Fame.

Got compared by the ref to Duran after my first fight.

Emulated a hybrid of De La Hoya (96)/RJJ

Was told by a good friend I remind him of Shane Mosley in my Youtube video where I'm hitting the bag.

*shrugs* I love this sport :)

At first I tried emulating Chavez, but I was a little kid, all I knew was body punches and aggression. Man did does punches hurt getting in. I didn't try emulating anyone for a while, mostly used range for one twos since I was fighting shorter guys. Recently it's been a mix of Mayweather and Chavez. Mayweather for the arm blocking and shoulder roll, Chavez because I use it to corner someone and place well timed combos, especially to the body.

tried mike tyson but that didn't work so well. ended up more like a very poor man's light heavy klit, one-two artist with heavy hands and decent reflexes. my teeth betrayed me ultimately.
