Let's be honest, usyk is an one a million talent with one of the most impressive resumes in boxing.

When he beats fury (who will be 50 pounds heavier than usyk, and is himself imo an atg) we should accept that he is the goat of modern times.

He will retire after the fury fight so we should enjoy him.

Atg stamina, crazy handspeed, atg footwork, unbelievable elusive, atg fighting brain and old school (comparable to 1910 - 1950) fighting grit.

A tough as nails boxing genius.

All hail to a certified atg.

    Stupido.

He beat the elite at cruiser and after twice joshua and fury he beat the elite at heavy.

Tell me one fighter who has a better resume?
He fought almost all of his fights at the opponents backyard

Usyk will be the best boxer of 21 century. And by looking at younger generation, they don't have warrior in them, mainly because they are soft and always looking for an easy route and comfort.

If somebody will be as successful as Usyk, it would be someone from post soviet country. they still have it.

There's no such thing. Cruiserweight is a Mickey Mouse, makey-up catchweight for guys too big for Light Heavy but too shitebag to fight the roly poly tall guys at Heavyweight. There are no elite level boxers at Cruiser and there never has been. Cruiserweights greatest ever champion is Johnny Nelson, who reigned supreme and was undefeated champion for ten years. Spastico.

If he beats Fury, Ruiz, Wilder and Sanchez, he is the GOAT of all time.

However, his life span will be shortened at least 20 years due to the damage he will receive in all those battles. Is it worth it? No.

I would take undisputed Fury match for a fee of at least $100M and then, win or lose, would get retired.

I'll tell you what's dumb as ****: Referring to someone as "the goat of modern times."

Goat is an acronym which means 'greatest of all time'. How can someone be 'the greatest of all time of modern times' you ****ing gimp?

More like 1 in 10 billion. He could be up there in the GOAT discussions if he beats Fury. He cleaned out a solid CW division and now, undersized, the HWs. No ducking. No home court advantage. No dodgy ref's or decisions.

Great soccer player with no knowledge of boxing. CW had a very good group of fighters when Usyk cleaned it out.

Then Usyk did what he did at HW.

If Usyk beats Fury, do you want him to drop weight to LHW to become good in your eyes?

    Go back to soccer.

If you think that he has beat "nobody," you should probably take up another sport. He's beaten the best he can get in front of him, And Fury has openly said that he won't fight him. Maybe he will now...we will see.

    * I never said that Usyk's opposition at Cruiserweight weren't very good, I said that they weren't elite. Don't put words in my mouth.

** Usyk's had four bouts at Heavyweight and hasn't exactly set the heather alight against decent-to-good opposition. If he's atg material, which many people are proposing, then why is he making it look so difficult against a rotund plodder like Chisora who has the most rudimentary boxing ability? Why couldn't he put away Joshua in 24 rounds?

*** If Usyk beats Fury, then he should retire. Who else is there for him to fight? He's 36, in very good physical condition for a man of his age and ring activity and will have made enough moolah to live comfortably.
