gatti has been in so many wars and has made so many comebacks that i really dont know when his prime was. was it in '95 when he won tracy patterson's jr. lightweight title? was it when he came back against rodriguez or ruelas? or was it during his trilogy with ward?

i dont think he was good enough to have a prime tbh. although all the drinking and pills during training camp didn't help him later

    Prime: 95-97
    Late career resurgence: 02-04

98 was horrible, and 05-07 were doomsday years.

what the hell? everyone has a prime. Just because you dont destroy everyone doesnt mean you never had a time where you were at your best.

Right around the time when he was getting the punching bag treatment from Robinson, and Manfredy.

Most overrated fighter of all time.

I honestly don't know how he let these guys dominate him like that but it happened. His best weight was 130, IMHO.

    He entertained, but lost.
