    Joe Louis - Schmeling II
Larry Holmes - Muhammad Ali (1980)
    Evander Holyfield - Riddick Bowe I (1992)
    George Foreman - Ken Norton
    Roberto Duran - Leonard I
    Lennox Lewis - Andrew Golota
Sonny Liston - Zora Folley (1960)
Sugar Ray Leonard - Thomas Hearns I (1981)

    Many I agree with.

He then went on to dominate a prime Moorer which he had lost to several years prior

I guess but his better wins were Bowe and Mercer and Dokes and old Foreman. Holyfield was significantly quicker in the early 90s and he actually has an argument for winning the first Moorer fight. I think he just became a smarter fighter later on but i don't think he was as good as he was early 90s

He was definitely more athletic and fitter then, but he was quite a bit more experienced in the Tyson fights and Moorer rematch, the reason I said that may have been his prime, I just looked at the Moorer fights and yes the first Moorer fight was close, but he completely dominated the rematch, knocked him down 5 times as well
If I had to pick a specific fight, I would say Bowe 2 because he was already quite experienced and he hadn't slowed down by then
